The initial intake assessment typically lasts a minimum of 60 minutes to ensure a thorough understanding of your unique situation.
Ongoing Management
Follow-up sessions are essential for tracking progress and supporting your ongoing wellness goals. During these visits, we address any changes in your life—such as shifts in relationships, living situations, work, or school—as well as monitor symptoms and behaviors that may impact your mental health. Sessions typically last 30 minutes or longer, depending on the need for treatment plan adjustments, to ensure your care remains aligned with your evolving needs and goals.
